The draft lives in this browser's storage; the PDF is built in this tab. Nothing is transmitted.

Fill in the two parties and the line items, get a clean PDF invoice. Totals are computed in integer cents so the printed lines always add up; VAT follows your rate; the draft stays in your browser and nothing is sent to any server.

An invoice is arithmetic plus trust

The arithmetic part is solved with integers: no float ever touches money here, which is why three items at 9,99 make exactly 29,97 and the VAT line is the legal rounding of that figure, not of some binary approximation. The trust part is solved by locality — a document containing your client list and your prices is exactly the document that should not pass through a third-party "free invoice" server.

The PDF itself is drawn in this tab with an embedded font subset, in the site's plain drafting style: a clear header, a lined items table with tabular numerals, totals boxed at the right. Print it, attach it, archive it — it is a file on your disk from the first moment.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the invoice data stored?

In this browser's localStorage, on your device — so the form is refilled next time, sellers rarely change. Clear the site's data and it is gone. Nothing about the invoice, the parties or the amounts is ever transmitted.

Why do the totals always add up exactly?

Every amount is computed in integer cents (qəpik), never in floating point: each line is rounded once, the subtotal is the sum of the rounded lines, VAT is taken half-up on that subtotal. It is the order an auditor reads an invoice in, so the printed column always sums to the printed subtotal.

Is this a legally valid invoice?

It is a correct commercial document: parties, identifiers, dated lines, VAT and totals. Whether an invoice must additionally flow through a state system (as tax e-invoices do in several countries) depends on your jurisdiction and the transaction — for those cases this PDF serves as the commercial copy you send the client.

Azerbaijani and Russian letters in the PDF?

Embedded properly. The PDF carries a Noto Sans subset with the full Azerbaijani and Cyrillic ranges — ə, ğ, ş and Кириллица render as text, not boxes, and stay selectable and searchable in any reader.
